Please read and understand our terms and conditions. Once you shop in our store, you are automatically bound to Manila Designer's Store Policies.

 

Responsible Buying

We've provided you with the information you need to help you shop the right materials for your designs. Please make sure that you fully understand the specifications of the product you choose. If not, you are free to inquire and we'll be happy to help you decide based on your requirements.

Before finalizing your orders, double check if you selected the right size, color and quantity. Once you pay for this, we will automatically consider your orders final and proceed in preparing it for shipment. The products we sell are items of value, so be responsible in what you buy to avoid any delays or hassle for returns. 

 

Refund Policy

Returns

Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

We have a one-time return and exchange policy for selected products which you can avail within seven 7 days from the shipment date. Items excluded from this rule are items items on sale or textiles that had been cut according to your preferred quantity.

However, you may return and exchange your product if you got the wrong item, size, color or quantity.

To avoid getting the wrong size, especially for our dressform, please refer to our size guide.

Before returning the product, please email us at maniladesigner.com@gmail.com so we can discuss your concerns and check the availability of the item you wish to exchange. Include a copy of your receipt or proof of purchase together with this email.

However, we will still need to confirm the availability of the color, size and quantity of the product you wish to exchange. Simply fill out the contact form and let us know if you want to exchange your product.

Once this is confirmed, you may ship the product back to us.

Please note that you will need to shoulder the shipping costs for the exchange/ returns.

There are certain situations where only refunds are not granted

• Book / reading materials with obvious signs of use
• Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Refunds

You can exchange the product but we do not allow a refund except when we delivered the wrong item, size, color or quantity.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at maniladesigner.com@gmail.com so we can address your concerns.

Shipping

To return your product, you must contact us first at maniladesigner.com@gmail.com to receive instructions for shipping.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
